Return Policy

At Frederick Goldman, Inc (FGI), our comprehensive Return Policy covers customer cancellations, defects, and size exchanges through the FGI B2B website
  • Defective products and size exchanges will automatically have a re-order placed against the submitted return order.
  • Returns that require product re-orders will come with an estimated delivery date based on our standard lead time and will be invoiced separately.
  • Return orders will be processed and credited once items are received by our returns department.
Return Process
To initiate a return, simply log in to your account on the FGI website and follow these steps:
  1. Click on My Account and select Create A Return.
  2. Select View Details from the relevant invoice. To locate the correct invoice, you can either scroll through the list of invoices or utilize the search function to find the invoice.
  3. Click Start a Return.  NOTE: If the Return button is greyed out, it may not be eligible for Return. Please refer to the Return Eligibility section below for details.
  4. After submitting your return request:
    • you will receive a printable Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and Shipping Label, which you can use to return the initial order.
    • you will receive a Return Order confirmation email. If your return includes a re-order, a separate email confirmation with the relevant details will be sent. Your return order confirmation email will also contain your unique RMA number.
  5. To track of the status of your return, visit My Account and select Pending Returns

Manufacturing Defects
FGI guarantees the quality of its products and offers a return option for any jewelry item that is found to have a manufacturing defect. To process a defective return, please take note of the following guidelines:
  • A Return Authorization for a Manufactured Defect must be requested.
  • FGI reserves the right to inspect any jewelry item claimed as defective.
  • Products deemed non-defective will be returned to the customer with a shipping fee.
  • Normal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing defect.
  • Defective jewelry returns require an order of equal or greater value.
Customizations & Personalization Cancellations
Custom Charges
  • All custom orders are subject to an additional fee. For an estimate of the charges based on your specific request, please contact Customer Care at (800) 221-3232. Please note that all shipped custom special orders are final sale and non-refundable.
Personalization Charges
  • Personalization orders are subject to an additional fee ($18 for standard fonts & $30 for handwritten messages).
  • All personalized orders canceled prior to shipping will incur a 15% cancellation fee.
  • Please be aware that all shipped personalized orders are final sale and non-returnable.
