Your ArtCarved Bridal mounting is designed and crafted to exacting quality standards and is Warranted against imperfection in design, materials, or workmanship.  Any ArtCarved Bridal mounting not meeting these standards will be repaired or replaced.  To request a warranty repair, take your ArtCarved  Bridal mounting, your warranty and proof of purchase to any ArtCarved authorized jeweler listed at www.artcarvedbridal.com.  Your jeweler will return your mounting to the ArtCarved factory where a determination of any warranty defects will be made by our experienced manufacturing jewelers.  Any ArtCarved Bridal mounting with a confirmed defect will be repaired or replaced at the option of ArtCarved for a small shipping and handling fee.  If any other than ArtCarved has worked on your mounting, the warranty is null and void.

www.artcarvedbridal.com.  Your ring must be sent to Artcarved by an Authorized ArtCarved Jeweler in order for this warranty to be valid.  The Authorized ArtCarved Jeweler will return your ring to the ArtCarved factory where determination of any warranty defect will be made by our experienced manufacturing Jewelers.  Any ring with a confirmed warranted defect will be repaired or replace by one of identical or similar style.

If any party other than ArtCarved has worked on your ring, the warranty coverage terminates.

Warranty does cover normal wear.  Artcarved may substitute a similar style for discontinued styles.
Warranty applies to original purchaser only and is not transferable.  ArtCarved is not responsible for the sentimental or intrinsic value of the original ring.  This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other legal rights which vary from state to state. ©2012


FOREVER FIT Limited WarrantyTM

Frederick Goldman, Inc (FGI) offers a “Forever Fit” limited, lifetime size exchange program on all men’s wedding bands. FGI will exchange your ring for the exact style in a different size. If your ring style is unavailable, FGI will exchange for a similar style and value.

Alterations made to any ring not performed by FGI will automatically void the warranty. FGI will not be responsible for the intrinsic or sentimental value of any ring.

Below are the applicable fees associated with the FOREVER FIT Limited Warranty™ size exchange program.

Manufacturing Defects
FGI guarantees the quality of its products and offers an exchange option for any jewelry item that is found to have a manufacturing defect. To process a defective return, please take note of the following guidelines:
  • A Return Authorization for a Manufactured Defect must be requested.
  • FGI reserves the right to inspect any jewelry item claimed as defective.
  • Products deemed non-defective will be returned to the customer with a shipping fee.
  • Normal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing defect.
  • Defective jewelry returns will be exchanged or repaired at the sole discretion of FGI.
